Covid bought about the inevitable ‘pivot’ in my career when the events industry came to a relative halt. It opened to the door to the establishment of the Flockart Advisory. As founder and director, I was able to transition my events operational and experiential experience to develop a model for building productive and profitable businesses through progressive operations and empowering teams. Through our programs, we work with boards, CEOs and teams to review and realign organisational structure, operations and culture.

Earlier in my career, I held the role of Marketing Manager for Hockey Australia for the 2000 Olympic campaign; and senior marketing roles for the Melbourne Racing Club (formerly Victoria Amateur Turf Club), and Wrights, all while voluntarily managing multiple charity events.

I am a highly passionate and motivated person, who operates with a hands-on, process-driven, and team-focused approach. My core strength is to bring vision from a simple idea to create a blueprint which delivers fresh concepts, refined processes, and exemplary execution for all projects.

I am known among colleagues, family, and friends as a passionate sports enthusiast – all sports bring me great joy. I have an active involvement in health and fitness areas of life; individually, as a parent and as a volunteer.
